' गीता न तो धर्म शास्त्र है , न ही दर्शन शास्त्र । यह जीवन का शास्त्र है । जीवन की घटनाओं से गुजरता हुआ मन स्वाभाविक रूप से निराशा , शोक , विषाद और अवसाद को प्राप्त करता है । इस मानसिक अवस्था को किस प्रकार सुव्यवस्थित कर सकते हैं , किस प्रकार अपनी प्रतिभा को जाग्रत कर जीवन में आगे बढ़ सकते हैं , यही गीता का संदेश है । ' सन 2009 से स्वामी निरंजनानन्द सरस्वती के जीवन का एक नया अध्याय प्रारम्भ हुआ है और मुंगेर में योगदृष्टि सत्संग शृंखला के अन्तर्गत योग के विभिन्न पक्षों पर दिये गये प्रबोधक व्याख्यान स्वामीजी की इसी नयी जीवनशैली के अंग हैं । श्रीकृष्ण योग पद्धति , स्वामीजी द्वारा बैद्यनाथेश्वर शंकरबाग , मुंगेर में फरवरी 2012 में दिये सत्संगों का विषय थी । इन सत्संगों में स्वामीजी ने श्रीकृष्ण की उन कालजयी शिक्षाओं की सुन्दर व्याख्या की है , जो अर्जुन के विषाद और निराशा को दूर करने के लिए युद्धभूमि में दी गयी थीं । स्वामीजी ने गीता को एक नवीन दृष्टिकोण से समझाते हुए , इस शास्त्र में वर्णित विभिन्न साधनाओं का व्यावहारिक एवं प्रेरक निरूपण प्रस्तुत किया है । 'The Gita is neither the scripture nor philosophy. Sri Krishna Yoga method was the subject of satsangs given by Swamiji in February 2012 at Baidyanatheshwar Shankarbagh, Munger. In these satsangs, Swamiji has beautifully interpreted the classic teachings of Shri Krishna, which were given on the battlefield to overcome Arjuna's grief and despair. Swamiji, while explaining the Gita from a new point of view, has presented a practical and inspiring representation of the various practices described in this scripture.
