Excerpts: All over the world fissiparous elements are disturbing the world order on day-to -day basis. In the instant power balance, neighbours have no choice except constant vigilance at the borders to neutralise any unilateral intervention leading to disequilibrium. As civilisation has evolved from primitive age to modern age; the world has moved on from the Darwinian Doctrine of ‘survival of the fittest’ to ‘survival of the weakest’. The modern buzzword of the civilisation is compassion and conduct of welfare state to facilitate sustainability of ecosystem including the weakest and vulnerable. It is now amply clear that hatred breeds hatred, which ultimately devours itself. The fragmentative leaders’ vested interests, blow exclusionary tendencies out of proportion, to their self-aggrandizement. Military rule or political involvement of military is thrombogenic to the flow of democracy in a state. The free world is abode of effective democracy, sustained by our incessant efforts. It’s now amply clear that reunification may achieve everlasting peace in partitioned countries.
