The difficulties, the PHC doctors facing may be they are unaware of recent advancements that occur in PG institutions and research centres. Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, few days back has taken a good step to collaborate the resource persons who are in research with medical officers in the form of CME. The diseases related with the department of Prasuti Tantra and Stree Roga can be divided in following groups, 1. By creating this type of awareness in every Ayurvedic physician it leads to decide the cases that can be benefited and the cases which should be referred to other systems or to provide supporting system by ayurveda medicines. The book is meant to draw a basic road map to reach the destiny of successful practice. It does not claim that it is the only way to treat but it may provide a base in understanding the pattern and treatment of disease in Prasutitantra and Streeroga. It may be a practical guide which shows beginners the path of treat-ment. This book also tries academically to draw an uniform nomenclature after diag-nosing the disease entity suggesting probable practical line of treatment eg..as PCOS is metabolic and hormonal disorder suggesting Dhatvagnideepana and Artavajanana line of treatment to restore ovulation and co-relating the condi-tion to SamhitoktaPushpaghnijataharini which usually occurs due to behavioural and life style discrepancies. This work suggests the methodical description of age-old treatment prin-ciples presented under the light of experience of author and her teach-ers in UGand PG courses which may be useful for beginners in practice of Streeroga and Prasutitantra. The terminology used in diagnosis of disease and treatment, protocols are only humble suggestions to create universal diagnosis and treatment patterns and never pleads final state-ments.
