Return & Refund Policy

All eligible returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Returned books/products must be in new, unused and resalable condition.

Return Guidelines

Items must be returned in original condition, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
In the event of returning the product, you will have to return the product to us below Return Address, The payment will be made on behalf of GYANSTOCK after product receiving.

Customers may return the product using a courier service of their choice. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking facilities to ensure safe delivery of the return shipment.
If Gyanstock arranges the return pickup through a private courier partner, tracking details will be provided by us.
Eligible return shipping charges paid by the customer will be reimbursed after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, subject to the applicable return policy.

Note: Returns will not be processed if items or accessories are missing, or if the product has been damaged by the customer.

Refund Guidelines

Once we receive and verify your returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your provided bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Refunds are typically initiated within 48 hours of the returned item passing inspection, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
