Return & Refund Policy
Replacement Guarantee
We offer a 15-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery
- Failure to report within this window may result in the claim being rejected
- Replacement may be the same product or an alternate product of equal value
Replacement Conditions
- Valid only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit
- Not valid for normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse
- Customer must contact support within 48 hours of delivery
- No replacement if the item has already been replaced once
- Wrong product delivered is eligible for replacement
For damaged items, customers must provide 3–4 clear images of the product and packaging. Once verified, a pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected
- Returns must be sent back via India Post unless otherwise instructed by our support team
- Reasonable shipping cost for the return is reimbursed after the return is approved
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or to your provided bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Refunds are typically initiated within 48 hours of the returned item passing inspection, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellation
- Orders can be modified (quantity, item, address) only before the order is dispatched
- No changes can be made once the order has been shipped
- GYANSTOCK reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or pricing/inventory errors, without liability
