We aim to ensure that prices of all products are accurate. However, errors may occur due to technical issues, typographical mistakes, or incorrect information.

GYANSTOCK reserves the right to cancel any order without liability in such cases. Any additional charges will be notified in the app.

No product will be sold above its MRP (Maximum Retail Price).

Shipping & Handling

We use reliable carriers to deliver products safely.
Orders are verified before shipping to ensure accuracy.
COD/Express charges depend on weight and destination.
Delivery begins within 2 working days after order confirmation.

Replacement Policy

We offer a 15-day replacement guarantee under certain conditions:

Report damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report may result in rejection
Replacement may be same or alternate product

Replacement Conditions

Valid only for manufacturing defects or transit damage
Not valid for normal wear, tear, or misuse
Contact support within 48 hours
No replacement if item already replaced once
Wrong product delivery is eligible

For damaged items, customers must provide 3–4 images. Pickup will be arranged after verification within 48 hours.

Return Guidelines

Return items in original condition with all accessories
Refund processed after product inspection
Returns must be sent via India Post
Shipping cost reimbursed after approval

Note: Return will not be processed if items or accessories are missing or damaged by the customer.

Change & Cancellation

Orders can be modified before dispatch only
No changes allowed after dispatch
Orders may be cancelled in case of fraud or suspicious activity

Reviews

Users may post reviews and comments as long as content is not illegal, obscene, or misleading.

No spam, political content, or business solicitation
